1. What This Site Is

PEPF is a free, straight-up NFL pick 'em contest for entertainment purposes only. There is no cost to register or play, and no purchase is necessary to participate. Standings are based only on the accuracy of your picks — the contest does not involve cash prizes, wagering, or any real-money component of any kind.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information (name, username, and email address).
• Keeping your password confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

3. Picks and Scoring

Full contest mechanics are covered on the Contest Rules page. In short: picks lock at each game's scheduled kickoff and can't be changed afterward, and a game left without a submitted pick before it locks counts as a loss for that game. Weekly and yearly standings are calculated automatically from completed games and are final once posted, except to correct a clear scoring or data error.

4. Profile Photos

Players may optionally upload a profile photo. By uploading one, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it, and that it doesn't depict anyone else without their consent or contain content that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly contest. We may remove a profile photo, or ask you to change it, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

While using the site, you agree not to:

• Create more than one account for yourself, or register on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
• Attempt to access another player's account or interfere with anyone else's picks.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit picks or otherwise interact with the site.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.

6. Not Affiliated With the NFL

Pick 'Em Pro Football is an independently operated fan contest. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or any other organization referenced on this site. NFL team names and schedules are used solely to identify games for pick 'em purposes.

7. Availability and Changes

We do our best to keep schedules, scores, and standings accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” without any warranty, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features, contest rules, and these Terms of Use may change from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

8. Limitation of Liability

Since PEPF is a free contest with no prizes at stake, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any error in schedules, scores, or standings.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use rules above. You're free to stop using the site at any time; contact us through the Contact page if you'd like your account and data removed.
